Stage 4 Injector Nozzles

Leveraging the highest quality injector on the market to start with, we use our proprietary EDM/Micro Extrude Hone processes to create the finest aftermarket performance injector available.  Our nozzles are EDM’d with the correct spray angle, and finish Honed remove imperfections, polish the inside of the nozzle, and radius the inside of the holes where the fuel flows. This leads to better atomization, which provides less smoke and heat, and more power and mileage. Adding volume without helping atomization only adds heat and smoke, which means less useable power.  
 

All of our injector nozzles are guaranteed to flow within .1 (one tenth) liters per minute (lpm) of eachother.  This helps ensure even distribution of fuel to each cylinder, makes for a smoother running engine, and helps to decrease stress on pistons, rods, etc. This is one of the biggest downfalls we have seen with the competition's nozzles- we have found them to be unbalanced (by up to 7 lpm) within a given set of 4.
 

Stage 4 Injectors provide a major horsepower increase over stock and are geared towards larger turbos and fueling upgrades.  Fits TDI's from 1996-2003.

Our injectors are shipped in plastic tubes which can be used to store your old nozzles in the preserving fluid of your choice (diesel, biodiesel, WD-40, etc).  They have been tested towithstand B-100 Biodiesel, #2 Diesel, and WD-40.

We also offer injector balancing and calibration.  Should you opt for this service you will send us your injector bodies and they will be cleaned and assembled with your new nozzles.  Then they will be set to the OEM spec pop pressures (220/300bar for ALH 1999.5-2003) or (190/280bar for AHU (1996-1998).  At your request higher pop pressues can be set for no additional charge.  Return shipping is included in the price of the calibration service. 

We also offer brand new injector bodies to compliment your new injector nozzles.  The bodies are sold without nozzles as it is assumed you will be purchasing them from us with nozzles.  The wiring harness on the 3rd injector fits model years 1996-2002.
